The French and the Italian culinary additions certainly compliment our dietary enjoyments--but they can never replace the great Persian cuisine!

 earlier..But when I saw the skin being peeled off a sheep's head,my memory of what was some 'palatable' kabob's I have eaten came to my mind,in a very unpleasant manner..

I must say I am very leery of Iranian food now..

Very cool film......pizzas with rich & colorful toppings.....Kaleh Pache.....kebabs......if the food gives you the bulging belly, just check into Zurkhaneh!
