I might as well ( I mean reposting). Although this latest one wasn't that funny, but I do appreciate the fact that you saw the underlying humour in the other ones! Great cheers!
Stalkers, another yukcy subject....

About jealousy
by Azarin Sadegh on Sun Oct 31, 2010 04:35 PM PDTDear Anahid, Thanks for the note!
Dear DA,
I forgot to mention on my comment that actually, I have rarely seen a group of writers and readers being so nice and friendly to each other (unless it is about a political matter). Of course, I have also had some terrible experience in another writers' community where I felt this deep jealousy.... But here on IC, I feel to be part of a real family, and it is because of JJ. He has been the fairest of all. Most poeple and especially non-political writers are nice and supportive toward each other. My exprience here has been very positive, except for a few rare old cases...
Again, I think you need to communicate more with JJ regarding those stalkers...since it could feel even scary! Still, I am not sure to be able to catch the relationship between others jealousy and your reaction of deleting your own blogs. If you really believe in what you write, you should stand by it.

Dear DA
by Truthseeker9 on Sun Oct 31, 2010 04:23 PM PDTIf you have a copy of your blog, post it again. Some may have taken your jokes a bit too seriously, you may have hit a few nerves. If you are harassed in any way, then report it to JJ. Although I do not comment much, I thought it very funny. :-)
Anyway, that's it from me.
I am pretty confused now!
by Azarin Sadegh on Sun Oct 31, 2010 04:11 PM PDTDear DA,
Are you being stalked on the site? You should write to JJ about it and I'm sure he'd take care of the stalkers.
But I am still very confused. I had no idea about your habit of deleting blogs...that's why I was so surprised at the disappearing of your poetry blog and so I took it personally! My mistake! I apologize here and now!
Azarin
Dirty Angel, I don't think Azarin or others are jealous of you
by Anahid Hojjati on Sun Oct 31, 2010 04:11 PM PDTDear DA, from blogs that I have read, Azarin is a very good writer so I seriously doubt that she would be jealous of you. I also doubt that other writers are jealous of you.
Oh my..Did I?
by Azarin Sadegh on Sun Oct 31, 2010 04:04 PM PDTDear Truthseeker9,
If you say that you saw a name then you should be right. I usually write a few versions of my comments in MS Word and it seems that in this case I might have made the wrong copy/paste. ouch...It should be the effect of my restlessness and anxiety this weekend!
Please accept my apologies for my off comment below! But again, I can't imagine these two contributors being the same people. Since it is easy to imitate someone's voice/style, but it is hard to imitate quality.
Thanks again for the discussion, Azarin

by Dirty Angel on Sun Oct 31, 2010 03:57 PM PDTMy sincerest thank you for your concern. It was so many things. I usually delete my blogs anyway, but I have a very seriously disconcerting history of stalkers, plus the fact, I can't quite fathom why my "identity" should be so precious?
I'm sick to death of jealousies. For what? What EXACTLY do I do so brilliantly that inspires so much jealousy? I can't fathom it, and quite frankly I simply do not have the time to pursue the matter...
Go ahead, go on and on about who you think I might be, and you seriously won't be any the wiser. Btw Azarin Khanoom, you missed about possible 11 titles!
Booff, my cupboard bulges with garbage.

Dear Azarin
by Truthseeker9 on Sun Oct 31, 2010 03:37 PM PDTActually I saw your comment in that blog and you did write a name down. I was in the process of writing the question posed here to you there, but the blog was deleted before I could post it. Obviously DA felt uncomfortable about what you said and deleted the blog. Anyway, I felt for the person, I thought it was inappropriate to "out" people who have chosen to be anonymous.
Dear Truthseeker9
by Azarin Sadegh on Sun Oct 31, 2010 03:00 PM PDTActually, I was very surprised to see that other blog to disappear so quickly. Plus, I didn't reveal anyone's name in my deleted comment and I respect the privacy of individuals.
But in that comment, I wrote two points: the first one was my opinion about the content of the blog and the second one was the similarity of DA's voice with another ic contributor (which I respect a lot but she doesn't write anymore). So it wasn't a revealing comment at all about anything or anyone! I was just puzzled by shocking contrast in contents and personalities. Voila!
I hope it answers your concerns. Az.

by Truthseeker9 on Sun Oct 31, 2010 02:39 PM PDTWith respect, why is it that some of people using their own names are obssessing about people's identities? I was just wondering what your point is here? Why do you feel the need to expose publicly the identity of individuals who are acting within the site rules in using a pseudonym?
@DA
by Azarin Sadegh on Sun Oct 31, 2010 01:39 PM PDTI just noticed that you've deleted your yuck poetry blog...Does it mean that you've changed your mind about the persian poetry, or ...that I'd guessed your id correctly?
I think among the contemporary Iranian poets, Ahmad Reza Ahmadi is one of the most daring with the form. But for me, poetry is not just about forms and techniques. Whatever moves me is good enough...and if that sewage poetry of yours manages to move the reader, I wouldn't mind the distorded form and the obvious discomfort of witnessing the poet's "too much trying" efforts.
