I don't think Ahmadinejad
by Ehsan karimi on Thu Sep 16, 2010 11:28 AM PDTI don't think Ahmadinejad cares about her scarf. It is not up to him. That is the law of the land. I even think, if Ahmadinejad had his way, he would make hejab optional. He has said, we have many more important issues than a minor negligence in hejab. He has said that he is not for crackdown. There are certain elements in government and public that take the law into their own hands and abuse the system. One of such organization is the intelligence service that is influencing other organizations by force and threats.

I think that should end anyone's interest in watching the 'interview.'
Cheers now

We should use our brain
by iamfine on Thu Sep 16, 2010 09:01 AM PDTIf we are interested to have a better government, we must use our brain to find an easier way to make it better. Instead we are again and again using our emotion. This is exactly why we failed in the past.
Basij has infiltrated Iranian.com
by پیام on Thu Sep 16, 2010 01:30 AM PDTJudging by the positive comments here on AN's ability to hush the "hostile journalist", it is obvious that sandis khors are trying their best to improve the image of their fuhrer here. Got to disappoint those fellows though, it is idle hope and your efforts are futile. As we Persians say:
چیزی که عیان هست چه حاجت به بیان هست.
Did you paid attention to
by Dariush C on Wed Sep 15, 2010 10:35 PM PDTDid you paid attention to the end of the video. The reporter tried to humiliate him as she was ordered to do, but she got humiliated instead and at the end she throws in a false claim about nuclear inspectors to erase Ahmadinejad's positive comments and make him look bad. What a snake.
not bad
by asadabad on Wed Sep 15, 2010 09:19 PM PDTAhmadinejad does a good job with these hostile reporters. I wonder if an Iranian journalist would be able to interview Obama or Biden?
To some extend AN is right
by iamfine on Wed Sep 15, 2010 08:10 PM PDTWe should be honest on the issue of who is ruling this country. Anytime Obama wants to take a positive step toward Iran or middle east, he must first discuss it with AIPAC (ISRAILI LOBBY).
Another very poor interviewer
by John on Wed Sep 15, 2010 06:16 PM PDTI don't think that I've seen any American reporter / broadcaster properly interview Ahmadinejad (unless Christiane Amanpour has had the honour - she's great). This pathetic woman appeared to be either afraid of, or in awe of, Ahmadinejad. Ahmadi never gets asked the proper questions and the American interviewers always let him squirm off the hook.

I must say that Obama is the commander in chief in the USA but Ahmadinejad is NOT.
He is meerly a spokesman for the IRI.
