problem with movie is ...
by pas-e-pardeh on Thu Sep 16, 2010 09:40 PM PDTleading man, DeCaprio, is acting like he's confronting black gangsters. It's not just stereo-typical, it's mis-stereo-typical. He is in in Jordan, not Bronx.
As the director says, " ... why not a local girl?". OK, if you think Golshifteh is a local in Oman, Jordan, any more than Leonardo is, then you'll probably end up making a stereo-typical movie. And, you did!
There is nowhere to go from here!
by benbagheri on Thu Sep 16, 2010 06:40 PM PDTAs Golshifteh says at the end of first clip (after learning that he is a trained killer), I think it is safe to say "there is nowhere to go from here"!
Very Bad Movie
by Demo on Thu Sep 16, 2010 11:55 AM PDT"True Lies" was a real trash and went off the screens after 2 days weekend. She also played real bad in that movie. Adding those deleted scenes to it will not make any difference.

Good Movie and Good Performances
by Darius Kadivar on Thu Sep 16, 2010 01:50 AM PDTGolshifteh did a great Job on this movie. I hope she can do other films in such a competitive industry particularly in Hollywood. I look forward to her upcoming movie with an international cast in Marjan Satrapi's movie:
