by Ehsan karimi on Fri Sep 17, 2010 08:00 PM PDTRP is a thief, Ahmadinejd is not.
RP has promoted war and sanctions on Iran. Ahmdinejad has defended Iran.
RP is dumb. Ahmadinejad is very smart.
RP is after his self interest. Ahmadinejad is not.
RP is homosexual. Ahmadinejad is not.
The list goes on and on and on.

by Simorgh5555 on Fri Sep 17, 2010 12:15 PM PDTI repeat: A constitutional monarchy. I accept Reza Pahlavi as the national sovereign leader of Iran within the framework of the constitution like the Queen.
I a sorry this is sorry for you to comprehend. Put it this way, you do not need to be led like cattle and have the gaffer on top dictating to you. I am sorry if democracy is alien to you. There are many things I agree with Shahzadeh and many things which I respectfully disagree with,
A True Leader??
by Hamed on Fri Sep 17, 2010 12:03 PM PDTI did not and will not watch the video, I know what he has to say from his past interviews of previous years. Every now and then he surfaces and then disappears again. I do not believe that he is capable or is in any position or is willing to help anyone, let alone a whole nation. He is only concerned for his own welfare and has his own benefit in mind. Like his father he does not care about the country and the nation. I have not seen or heard him use his influence and his ill gotten wealth to help any of his countrymen- who were his/his dad’s staunchest allies and soldiers and genuinely believed in his father and sacrificed a great deal for him- in the immediate years after the revolution, or even in recent years, who had fled the country with nothing but a shirt on their back settle down and feel safe. A true leader would have done that. A true leader by doing that would have amassed his army by now.
But it is not too late Mr. Pahlavi, to think of the plight of your countrymen in foreign lands, to extend a helping hand, to show that you care. I want to urge you Mr. Pahlavi, to show your good will by helping those iranians stranded around the world today. Those who recently fled the country and are stuck in turkey, Greece etc... and are seeking asylum to other countries. It would be a good start. Now that you are 50 you may have realized (i hope so) that there is more to life than just material wealth and narcissism especially for someone like you who aspires to lead a nation. Start by making a small difference in the lives of others.

by Sargord Pirouz on Fri Sep 17, 2010 10:22 AM PDTMy Iranian dad was a liberal. I'm actually a liberal. I vote for American liberals in US elections, and I vote for the more liberal candidate in Iranian elections (with very few exceptions).
So hey, last night I was having trouble falling asleep. Tried many things, all unsuccessful. Then it hit me- Eureka! I thought. How about if I try listening to this clip of RP for a while. Sure enough, after about 3 minutes of this irrelevant nonsense, I was snoozing away.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Simorgh:
by Bavafa on Fri Sep 17, 2010 09:29 AM PDTgood to clarify that he is not your leader and you will not follow his guidance.
Just wondering if other monarchs are as loyal as you to his majesty's wishes?

by iamfine on Fri Sep 17, 2010 09:14 AM PDTIt all goes back to your childhood. I am sure your parents were fanatic just like you. For that reason I don't blame you the way you think. But now you are a grown up person and can decide what is right and what is wrong.

by moniri on Fri Sep 17, 2010 08:38 AM PDTdid' nt you used to sit and listen to all those islamic garbage at friday pray?????????????????????????? how can you be so stupid to listen to the bunch of nonsence for two hours in hot summer time.

by Simorgh5555 on Fri Sep 17, 2010 08:16 AM PDTNow that's where you are wrong. Reza Pahlavi is entitled to his opinion and I am to mine. I have said - and indeed Shahzadeh will agree if he were reading this- that the role of the Shah should be that of a constitional monarch. He is not a demigod and nor is he God's emissary on Earth.
Simorgh:
by Bavafa on Fri Sep 17, 2010 07:03 AM PDTIf you accept him as your leader, will you follow his guidance and course set?
He says he is against any violence and armed resistance.
Now what!!!
This puts you on the three man army right (Simorgh, Mahmoudg and Fred)
Good luck!

by afshinazad on Fri Sep 17, 2010 06:19 AM PDTHe is the only person makes makes sence and he is the only one who has a plan and vision and he is the only one accepts power sharing and he is the only person could lead us to True freedom. he has my support and I hope all the parties could unite and start working for one goal and only goal: FREE IRAN.

We all need to unit
by Amir19 on Thu Sep 16, 2010 09:42 PM PDTWe Iranian people. no matter what our political belief is or who we support, need to keep in mind that our common enemy is the butchers in Iran and we have to focus on that and keep our differences aside for time being. Once we have removed this fascist regime, there is time to openly discuss our differences and let the majority decide.
Oh no! Sargord -- is that name for real?
