AFP: Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi, who resigned from his post, was reinstated by supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei despite the resignation being accepted by the president, reports said Sunday. "Heydar Moslehi will continue his work in the ministry as minister after his resignation was rejected by the supreme leader," news agencies ISNA, Fars and Mehr reported. Does Iranian constitution have any value??!!

According to Iranian constitution , President will appoint his cabinet members or dismiss them Not Vlayat Faghih or Emam e zaman ,, 

Does Khanehehii know this !!?? , this is against the constitution of Islamic Republic they made it themselve ,,(only to fool people??) ,, little by little ,a dictatorship takse over and dismiss his own laws..
