It means that she could pay in nature instead of the money.

Now, if you want to get the same surgery, you should ask her, what else she did pay for the job, instead of money? Then you can make your decision, if you are ready to pay the same way?

And this is IF, Dr Najafi accept to get the same thing from you that he got from the lady....ooooooooops!!!

sometimes, really sometimes, I just wonder

 I truly wonder if I should bother to envy such people and I just can't get myself to do it. I could be paralytic and i couldn't do it, but yet, millions, millions, do this sort of thing as a shopping expedition and then, others pay their hard-earned wages to watch deformities on a screen or screaaach on a CD or something.

And THEN, there'll a whole lot of charlatans who ought to know better, but will make more dosh out of tosh and   "therapy" you to fit into that sort of freak-show of a uniform. 

Shahla chose a wrong place

Shahla chose a wrong place to be interviewed.  Such a beautiful and attractive interviewer (you should see her in her other programs too) undermines Shahla's Sarshar's look.

She looked much better before the surgery, but her new look is in fashion.  I think she has to have a surgery more often:)

What the heck should suppose to mean that the money is not important for Dr. Najafi?!  How is she going to compensate it as she mentioned?
