by comments on Sat Aug 20, 2011 04:38 PM PDTI am not really sure what it takes when one Iranian scientist becomes renown in present Iran. I love to see any Iranians with different types of mentality succeed though I don't know the criteria for reaching to the top of IRI hierarchy in scientific research or any other fields. In conclusion, most scientists could have a valuable idea, but implementation of that idea needs specific skills, guidelines and rules. I wonder what defined skills, guidelines and rules in Iran are? What types of networking does one require in Iran to gain his plans? I don't think Journal and conference publications could do anything other than just a published article reference in one's CV.

by iamfine on Sat Aug 20, 2011 04:02 PM PDTHow is that related to Iranian scientist achieving this technology?
And then again.....
by Benyamin on Sat Aug 20, 2011 01:09 PM PDTwhat if the children of these fine and capable scientists shall grow up to become something different than that of their parents? Like to become a journalist, film maker, photographer, poet or writer?
What if their childern god forbid say something against the dear leader? would they still be as proud? what will happen then?
Iran is a great country IF..............

by Simorgh5555 on Fri Aug 19, 2011 06:46 AM PDTNotwithstading the existence of the Islamic Republic I celebrate Iranian ingenuity whether it be in the field of sport, science and art. I laud all Iranian minds, craftsmanship and this has nothing to do with the IR which has for years stifled the progress of our country for over 30 years.
Long live the Iranian people
Death to the IR
