He blames women (children) for sexual abuse. I do not know the statistic of sexual molestation and rape in Iran but talk like this does not help anyone to report the incident!

Also, denying sexual abuse is not helpful either (I am referring to some of the comments on this page). It happens and something that I am sure, women are not in fault.
