Reuters - The EU's highest court upheld a decision Wednesday to remove an Iranian opposition group from the EU's terrorism blacklist, a ruling that could affect the fate of thousands of the organization's members stranded in Iraq. France had appealed against a decision by a lower EU court that ordered the European bloc to remove the People's Mujahideen Organization of Iran (PMOI) from its terrorism list, but the European Court of Justice rejected the appeal. It upheld a 2008 decision by the ECJ's court of first instance, which held that the EU had failed to provide the PMOI with evidence that formed the basis of a decision to keep it on the terrorism list >>>

by Fatollah on Sun Dec 25, 2011 09:09 AM PSTand my apologies for prejudging, it's just that; really so bad and sad that Iranians inside are stuck between the two evils! and the hypocrisy of both the western countries contra Islamist murderers intentions make me sick to my stomach...

by G. Rahmanian on Sat Dec 24, 2011 07:36 PM PSTCan you please point out anything in what I wrote which remotely pertains to your comment? Also, I have read some of your comments and I believe I understand your position regarding the regime in Tehran.

by Fatollah on Sat Dec 24, 2011 06:40 PM PSTyes, yes! I admit I'm a supporter of IRI! What Great News? What opposition? Mujahedins de-listed? well, I've news for you too, Akhounds have more integrity then the likes of Massoud and Maryam Rajavis.... now run a long and hail the leader ...
Great News!
by G. Rahmanian on Fri Dec 23, 2011 07:22 PM PSTGreat News for the opposition and a sad day for the open and closet supporters of the ruling Islamist murderers in Tehran!
Khebi, (as usual) has no shame
by Hooshang Tarreh-Gol on Fri Dec 23, 2011 04:49 PM PST"The current pain is far easier to tolerate... " Do you have any shame Sir/Madam? And exactly how much of " the current pain" have you exprienced and endured in your precious little life.
You are worse than Mujahedin. Do yourself a big favour, next time you wanna mention how respectable and good mullahs are for Iran, first find a big lake, or a high cliff;
you know what comes next, right? Let me know if you get it or not.
What a ridiculous court.
by Khebedin on Fri Dec 23, 2011 03:47 PM PSTWhat a ridiculous court. This court is seriously bankrupt. I’ll stick to the Mullas, they remain to be the most trusted and most respectable group of politicians in the world, at least for the Iranians. Iranian should see what is being planned for them by the west and the rest of the world. Do not trust any other government except yours. If we need to change the current regime, it must be done very slowly and without the interference of any other power, West or East.
The current pain is far easier to tolerate than that being planned for us by the West or the East. Stand Alarm, Calm, Alert and do not be forced into any unwise move. This is what West ( and East) are. MKO remain the most hated group by Iranians ever existed in the histort of Iran.
What etehadi-eh Europa? OR divan-e edalat-e Europa?
by Fatollah on Fri Dec 23, 2011 12:50 PM PSTThey are bankrupt !
p/s I think I'll stick to Mullahs for now!
One Down, One More to go....
by bahmani on Fri Dec 23, 2011 12:24 PM PSTAh the power of REAL lobbying! See NIAC! This is how you do it!
This also shows the relative but general lack of financial resolve of the imaginary "NIAC supporter".
Apparently de-listing the MEK is simply "not worth it".
Maybe NIAC should use Groupon!
"De-list one MEK Terrorist, and get one De-listed for FREE! If You Act Now!"
Or maybe one of those late night infomercials!
"It slices! It dices! It de-lists your tastiest MEK terrorist! But wait! If you buy one now, we'll also throw in a free coupon for a free bag lunch at one of Reza Pahlavi's seminars, "A Dummies Guide: How to pay for your father's crimes without actually paying!"
....I'm tired.... I'm soooooo very tired....

Mojahedin= Iranian Contras
by Hooshang Tarreh-Gol on Fri Dec 23, 2011 11:18 AM PSTAs previously mentioned:"the most hated group in Iran’s recent history."
Just to prove...
by Bavafa on Fri Dec 23, 2011 08:01 AM PSTIRI is not the only enemy of Iranian people.
Whatever other foreign nations do, which is their right and prerogative, until accountability and justice is brought to the leadership of this cult, they will be rejected and remain one of the most hated group in Iran’s recent history
'Hambastegi' is the main key to victory
