Class Assignment: The Body

DIRECTOR'S NOTE: I made this video in response to a class assignment to create a piece about the body. This is the first time I've ever edited video, so it lags on a bit. ABOUT: I met Shahnaz at a Norooz celebration. Nobody had planned any music or dancing so we sent her husband to get a cd from his car and we danced in the corner of the room to a boombox. I called her husband a year or so later to see if she'd be interested in making a video reenactment of our Norooz dancing, and she was. I made a Persian mix in audacity and the two of us were filmed in the basement of her home.

انتخاب آهنگ ها، رقص زیبای آن خانم محترم،مونتاژ خوب فیلمبرداری دست به دست هم دادند و عصر خاکستری پاریسی ما را رنگین کردند و دلمان شاد.

در همه کاری میبایستی خلاق بود و زحمت فراوان کشید.
