what about all freedom fighters within the last 3 decades?
by Sheila K on Thu Jul 14, 2011 02:29 PM PDTI was recently in Iran and the air was filled with anger and fear and it was easily felt as everybody was infurated with the regime even those who supported them at some point in the past. I questioned them why now? it was worst when I left Iran in early-mid 80s. There were more prisoners and executions back then...why angry for the green fighters now and not the ones killed in the past?
Thanks

Thank you very much.
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Thu Jul 14, 2011 12:19 PM PDTVery moving, looking at these honest faces of the best and bravest of my people, just brings tears to my eyes..
I dont know if the readers of this site noted this or not, but the martyrs shown in this video represented every single political groupings in our country. Leftists, liberals, religious, nationalist, and ...MKO supporters.
But they all had one thing in common: they sacrificed their lives for Iran, and for that alone, they have my highest respect.
And regardless of what some cyber clowns think or say. In the end of the day, Iran belongs to these people, the people who put their mouth where their money is, people who sacrifice their lives for their country and people.
"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
