The part that you credit principal with making you sexually active is hilarious. When we were in junior high, we had a principal who used to tell girls if they showed too much cleavage that theirs was just a size of lemon and when it became size of orange, then they could do something, or something to that effect. I still remember how students felt humiliated when she would comment like that about them. Because of my strong leadership in junior high, she never said that to me but I still did not like her commenting to kids who were not strong leaders like that.
Thank you principal.
by comments on Fri Jul 15, 2011 06:26 AM PDTAs I remember I was never punished physically. But, I exactly remember when I was in grade 9 the school's principal took me in front of the morning ceremony, took one part of my hair, and cut with a scissor. My hair was a bit long because I didn’t have a haircut, not because I grew hair.
I don't know to call it physical or mental punishment. My strong leadership at present is because I went in front of the school crowd once! Another advantage was that I became too outgoing and sexually active since then (ended many years ago for your information!). The principal changed the personality of a shy and quiet student to 180%.
Please remind me to send the principal a gift basket (see Finding Bliss, 2009) this christmass.
BTW,
by Monda on Thu Jul 14, 2011 10:34 PM PDTDo Not Listen to JJ! Not all kotak-khordehs necessarily turn out as sane and balanced like him! Physical punishment is WRONG and ineffective, anyway you cut it. az maa goftan.
These guys are so great!...
by Monda on Thu Jul 14, 2011 10:24 PM PDTin their choice of topics and style of explorations. They truly cover it all, from all iranian perspectives. From the hardcore sadistic treatment of children to the quasi-enlightened.

by Jahanshah Javid on Thu Jul 14, 2011 05:58 PM PDTI know! I got spanked a few times with my father's belt for being a complete brat or doing poorly at school. And whipped on the hand with a ruler for being a brat or not memorizing that day's homework...
Thanks for the reminder! :)))
Excellent... you covered it all.
Thank you.
