I said once and will say again: any criticizm of Islam means death. No wonder people like Kasravi had to be very careful. But he still got murdered by a Muslim fanatic. You may stamp your feet all you want. 

But a "religion" which kills disbelivers forces people to lie. The only time I beleive someone is a Muslim is if there is no penaly for leaving it. As long as there is a death penalty for leaving it no one knows who is a real Muslim and who pretends.

Easy to proof Prophet of Khorasan

Read his article: Shiism or "Shiagari", there you see if he beleives in the prophet and other parts of Islam or not. The thing that he objects to are the Imams and mullahs, not the religion itself. And he is very openminded in his beleifs. Maybe to you that is not Islam, but for him that was Islam.

Muslim question

Here is how we tell if you are a Muslim:

• Muslim asks: Are you a Muslim you know if you are not we have to kill you.
• Former Muslim responds: A) No I am not a Muslim; he is murderd. B) Yes of course I am; he is alive.
• Muslim says: Didn't I tell you! Iranians are all Muslims. No one leaves Islam :-) 

A religion forced at the cost of death is no religion at all.

I am not so sure of that. Have you read his writings? I have read much of them. He sounds much more like a Zoroastrian than Muslim. Now he was smart enough to know going against Islam meant death. So he did not come out and reject Islam outright. However it turned out his mild criticisms resulted in his murder anyway. But I strongly suggest you actually read his writings before claiming he was Muslim. A person and his beliefs are better revealed by their writings than a pretense.

NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION

Any woman is considered to be a lesser entity than any Muslim man in society, therefore she will never have the opprtunity to defend herself and seek justice.
