A big slap in face of Iranian Architects by IRI

The design and animation done by a Malaysian firm (Veritas). Iranian been building Centuries of great architecture and now these Arabs (IRI) are following in foot step of their cousins in Dubai let foreigners design and built their country and they set back under the sun play with their balls while watching as buildings go up.

First fix the roads so people can get there safely.

Not practical to build over

Not practical to build over water at all! water is rising due to Global warming it is absolute wate of investment. Example: islands in Dubai are sinking & to maintain it they have to keep pumping sand to top up. 

Beside that its an excellent opportunity, less that Masjid (toal waste of land) you see in the clip.

This is rediculous

they plan to build a massive and great looking project to strenghthen the notion of the persian gulf and on the DEVELOPER'S OWN WEBSITE in the Story section (first line), the region is referred to as the gulf. Ironically on the persian version of the site that very same line is translated as "the persian gulf".

IF YOU ARE BRINGING IN DEVELOPERS TO IRAN AND ENRHICHING THEIR POCKETS ATLEAST MAKE SURE THEY CALL IT THE PERSIAN GULF ON THEIR OWN FREAKING WEBSITE.

it is easy via Maya and Auto desk 3DS Max.  In fact i am sure this is just that, a design to promote it as a propoganda, so that the Akhonds can say we are sorry for stopping the projects the late shah started, and we abandoned so that the A-rabs can pick up the pieces and continue.  Now the morons of the Islamic Rapist Republic are in a catcup mode for a concept that is dead and has no more value.  Islam, this filthy religion, at its best, lies and more lies.

آن مملکت اول باید قانون اساسی اش درست شود تا اینکه آرزوی های  سبک ماکیاولی یکمشت دزد و راهزن وابسته به رژیم را به تحقق نزدیک کند.  وگرنه هرکس میتواند برود و یک کپی نرم افزار "مایا" را بخرد و بنشیند و رویاهای خود را رسم کند بهمین صورت که شما رسم کردید. ولی در آخر روز و شامگاه، ما هنوز جزیره ای داریم که مردم فقیر وطن در صفهای طولانی می ایستند تا با قایق و بلم از بندر لنگه و بندر چارک به کیش بروند، اجناس خارجی بخرند و برگردند و با خر حمالی و زحمت فراوان آن اجناس را به عمده فروشان تحویل دهند و یک دستمزد بخور و نمیر گیر بیاورند.  ما ملت چه نیازی به جزیره ای داریم به سبک آنچه در امارات عربی ساخته شده است و باد کرده است و روی دستشان مانده است، آنهم هنگامیکه مردم ما در جزیره مجازی بنام ایران با قوانین قرون وسطایی زندگی میکنند.  آیا آنرا نیز میتوانید رسم کنید؟ آیا با آن نرم افزارتان میتوانید احساسات مردم ایران را نیز رسم کنید؟  تا کی این ملت باید بسازو بفروشی کند؟

I hope this is not another example of great imagination and good intent that turns sour like most of these "dreams"

 Too often these schemes end up becoming an instance where a bunch of people invested a lot of money on some land that "is going to be the next amazing development" which results in a handful of people taking the money and running off to Canada or Dubai to drive Bentleys and sip champaign every night.

Dubai and Iran are full of these type of projects and Toronto and Los Angeles are full of the people who took the money and ran. .  .
