Over spent!

Water transportation has time and again proven to be an over expensive out dated method of solving water issues. They could have done much cheaper using desalination rather than depleting natural resources. Changing the Eco system might be good for Qom, but theydetrimental from where this water is coming from. Plus with the level of their operations, I believe they will have problems along the pipeline every day.

Just a overspent propaganda measure, like all other actions they take.
