by Faramarz on Fri Oct 14, 2011 03:10 PM PDTJJ is a good guy, a really good guy!
But there is an internal battle going on between his heart and his mind. And at times his heart wins the battle, but at the end his better judgment prevails.

I Like This Guy!
by G. Rahmanian on Fri Oct 14, 2011 01:11 PM PDTI like this guy. He did the whole thing with a straight face! But, to me, the best part was the way he showed off his "Eyetalian" suit by making sure to keep his arms away from his sides at the same distance throughout the gig.
Good point, dear Arj....
by Bavafa on Fri Oct 14, 2011 12:05 PM PDTThis is Faux news afterall.
I would not pass them to help such plot, if it was going to hurt Obama

Interesting!
by Arj on Fri Oct 14, 2011 11:52 AM PDTIt's interesting, as the majority of the plots in question (20 in last 10 years) were hatched during GWB's tenure, yet FOX News has waited till now to question the integrity of the FED's cases and "defend people's freedom!"
Farmarz jaan: I appreciate the info you provided....
by Bavafa on Fri Oct 14, 2011 08:58 AM PDTIt is good to know and learn more of a [credible] news prespective.
And my comment was not really meant to jump on Fox bandwagon as I find them the lease credible news organization and never actively seek to get news from them. It was only a thought that came to me in my morning walk with our new dog this morning. As I have said it in all my comments, I find it premature for anyone to offer any solid opinion as much details of this case is still unknown and we are hearing it only from one side. Either way, it needs to be condemned for the act of violence not only against a Saudi official and innocent American bystander, but also the countless Iranians that might get engulfed in this potential fire.

by Soosan Khanoom on Fri Oct 14, 2011 08:38 AM PDTyou think I was waiting for them to acknowledge it .... NO WAY
by the way what makes you think democrats are better than republicans in that matter? When it comes to foreign policy they do no have any reputation to save !! They both get order from one source and ONE SOURCE ONLY ...
Screw politics ... lol
I am going to make this ( Screw Politics ) as my signature from now on .... I already am a fan of their page on my face book account anyway ...
Fox News Anarchists
by caspiantiger on Fri Oct 14, 2011 08:28 AM PDTFox news is at it again!! It is interesting that they never gave a crap about individual liberties or human rights when the "Patriot Act" was being enacted. Now, they are blowing the horn of anarchy and are in bed with conspiracy theorists. I guess they would proclaim anything as long as it helps more damn Republicans to get elected to the Congress or the Whitehouse!!

by Faramarz on Fri Oct 14, 2011 08:17 AM PDTYou should really take the time and read the details of this plot. NYTimes and Washington Post are really credible and have been providing the details. Here is the answer to your question.
The fake plot was supposed to take place in October. The $100k was paid and received by the informant. Arbabsiar flew from Iran to Mexico City in late September. He offered himself as collateral so that once the assassination took place, the money gets paid to the Cartel (probably a cash payment out of Iranian Embassy in Mexico City).
At that point, FBI had to go ahead and arrest him otherwise they risked losing him in Mexico or somewhere else. The guy could have sought refuge in Iranian Embassy and dragged the Mexican government into this affair. So what the Mexican government did was to deny him entry and put him on a flight to JFK while being watched by FBI. Once on US soil they arrested him.
They kept his arrest secret for several days and had him call his handler Shakuri trying to lure him outside of Iran, but it did not work.
As a US citizen, he has rights and cannot be detained for too long without a charge. So they went public and brought him before a judge in Manhattan.
Obama and Hilary would not have put their reputation and careers on the line if this was a fabricated case.

by Faramarz on Fri Oct 14, 2011 08:02 AM PDTYou should have heard him during the Bush years when all those plots took place. Fox is after Attorney General Holder and they are acting as if Holder cooked up all of this.
p.s. The difference between this plot and the others are,
1. Arbabsiar went out there and looked for someone to do the job, in other cases FBI approached the people and put ideas in their heads.
2. Arbabsiar arranged for money to be wired here to pay for it. In other cases, the FBI was supposed to provide all the goods to carry the act.
3. Fox News praised Bush and Homeland Security in the other cases. It is opposed to it this time. And finally and most importantly,
4. Soosan Khanoom is generally against the Fox News and its Neocon sponsors. She is for them this time!
With tactic like this
by Soosan Khanoom on Fri Oct 14, 2011 07:59 AM PDTThey can even seduce some to kill their own mother ... That is devil's nature to seduce but having said that I should also add that each individual is responsible for his or her own action.
I guess this devil knows who to pick after all. Someone who falls for it and then Devil with the help of its assistance ( media) makes then the public opinion to rush into judgment ... well this has not work much this time? has it?
And then we have IRI ... Another devil with all sort of achievements best being " flogging the women"
what a perfect world!!
I was wondering why FBI foiled this so early on...
by Bavafa on Fri Oct 14, 2011 07:55 AM PDTSince the so called "bomber" is one of theirs, why not let it go to a deeper level of implementation in order to get more info/personal involved?
It will all be very interesting if ALL the facts comes out?

by Jahanshah Javid on Fri Oct 14, 2011 07:28 AM PDTI don't know what's really going on but the latest plot linked to an Iranian has got to be the weirdest ever. It will be interesting to see how it develops, or unravels, in court, or the press.
