Telegraph: Last week, the Tehran Times noted that the Iranian oil bourse will start trading oil in currencies other than the dollar from March 20. This long-planned move is part of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s vision of economic war with the west. Iran has the third-largest oil reserves in the world and pricing oil in currencies other than dollars is a provocative move aimed at Washington. If Iran switches to the non-dollar terms for its oil payments, there could be a new oil price that would be denominated in euro, yen or even the yuan or rupee >>>

by Ferdowsi on Mon Feb 13, 2012 10:52 PM PSTDoes AN really think that an imperialist power would be played that easily! US is US because of the value of $. China is trying very hard to replace the $, but good luck! If $ loses the value and prestige that posseses, the country would be in big trouble. That is why they would eliminate any leader that tries to do so.
This little mafia (AN Corp.) wants to mess around with the biggest mafia? Good luck! The zionist mafia in the US would take care of you boy. Sorry, but that is how the game is played. MIKHAN ADABESH KONAND!

by Ari Siletz on Mon Feb 13, 2012 08:37 PM PSTIf the world's main oil region is not effectively owned by a military power (U.S) that can protect it and guarantee stable supply, the consequences could be catastrophic--as in global economic collapse, mass starvation and therefore even more deadly wars. I wish a more benevolent entity had the job of policing the world's energy source.

Numerous articles have revealed Pentagon planning for operations against Iran as early as 2005. While the publicly stated reasons will be over Iran's nuclear ambitions, there are unspoken macroeconomic drivers explaining the Real Reasons regarding the 2nd stage of petrodollar warfare - Iran's upcoming euro-based oil Bourse."

Perhaps this is one response to the sanction that US has been pushing at the order of its master State.
