RAHANA: Mamosta Ayoub Ganji is a writer and the former Friday Imam of Qoba Mosque in the City of Sanandaj in Kurdistan. He was arrested in May 2008. Ganji was allowed a short medical furlough for in 2010, after which he was returned to prison.
The Hamadan Special Clerics Court tried Mamosta Ayoub Ganji, a Sunni cleric, on charges of "acting against national security" and "propagating falsehoods with the intent to create public anxiety." He was defrocked and sentenced to a permanent ban on serving as a cleric, ten years in prison, and ten years in exile in Hamadan.
Almost four years after Mamosta Ayoub Ganji's imprisonment in Hamadan, judicial authorities refuse to allow his transfer to Sanandaj prison, or to allow him medical furlough.

Iranian courts are illegal
by Abarmard on Tue Feb 28, 2012 12:10 PM PSTIranian courts are unconstitutional. None of the accused individuals were represented based on their constitutional rights. There is no such thing as a "revolutionary court" in the constitution.
The leader and his assigned courts must be held responsible for injustice of the Islamic Republic Court system.
