After Obama signs Central Bank sanctions law

AP -- Iran's currency hit a new record low to the U.S. dollar on Monday, two days after President Barack Obama signed into law a bill targeting Iran's central bank as part of the West's efforts to pressure Tehran over its nuclear program. State radio said the Iranian currency's exchange rate hovered around 16,800 rials to the dollar, marking a roughly 10 percent slide compared to Thursday's rate of 15,200 riyals to the dollar. The bill signed by Obama on Saturday includes an amendment barring foreign financial institutions that do business with Iran's central bank from opening or maintaining correspondent operations in the United States >>>

By weakening the people of Iran, the USA is strengthening the IRI in practice at all levels of its tyranny.

This is a true windfall for the IRI regime at the expense of unarmed people.  In and of itself evidence that the USA is not softening the Regime like it did Iraq therefore a ground war with iran is most likely not what the USA is pursuing today.

On the day that the Regime demonstrated its military might by firing missiles into the air in the Persian Gulf and patted itself on the back for self sufficiency by announcing that it can now produce nuclear fuel rods, its currency dropped significantly.

A dollar was 10,800 Rials last December. It is around 16,800 Rials today. The real estate prices have also gone up 20% in recent months.

دنبال کردن نرخ‌ ارز در بازار بسیار اعصاب خرد کن هست.. نه‌ تنها مستقیما میره تو نرو آدم بلکه گاها احساس میکنید که ضربان قلب هم همرا با نرخ‌ها بالا میره :(( یکی از خبرهایی که دیروز خواندم و شنیدم این بود که در بازار ایران\تهران خیلی از مغازه دار‌ها و تجار با دلار معاملات داخلی را انجام میدن... گاهی خود مبلغ را به دلار درخواست میکنند و گاه معادل آن را مطابق با نرخ ساعت حساب کرده و و در فاکتور نیز قید میکند!!! این عمل برای من کاملا مغایر با شرافت هست و حالا نمیدانم باید نگران بالا رفت نرخ ارز بیشتر بود و یا...

آفتاب: نرخ آزاد دلار دقايقی پيش به ۱۷۸۰ تومان رسيد.

در حالی که معاملات امروز بازار آزاد ارز با قيمت فروش ۱۶۰۵ تومان آغاز شده بود، تاکنون اين نرخ ۱۷۵ تومان بالا رفته است.

قيمت خريد دلار از سوی صرافی ها هم به ۱۷۳۰ تومان افزايش يافته است.

با ادامه امتناع صرافي‌ها از فروش دلار، رخی متقاضيان واقعی دلار حتی به نرخ ۱۸۰۰ تومان هم خريد خود را انجام مي‌دهند.

اين رشد قيمت باعث شده تا قيمت هر قطعه سکه تمام بهار آزادی طرح جديد هم به ۶۲۵ هزارتومان برسد.

گفتنی است، قيمت فروش يورو هم به ۲۳۰۰ تومان رسيده است. هر پوند هم ۲۶۰۰ تومان فروخته مي‌شود.
