Good for them (Lybians that is),  and I am sure its much better than becoming another Islamic country.

HOWEVER,  my Libyan example was only to make a point  that 100 years from now or a 1000 years , the Libyan people will not  again consciously re-introduce a Gadaffi like regime. Mainly due to its atrocious  history and certainly not with a  Ghadafi descendent.

ie are we going to give this guy any job above a Ghajar museum doorman? As doing so is like forgetting the Ghajar record and in effect thanking them for the past.

Soltan Who?

by MRX1 on

He looks a lot like the singer Jamshid Alimorad so he could become soltan ghalbha! beyond that no one gives a hoot about ghajar clan. one hundred years of disaster, neglect, and loss of terirrtory is enough no one needs a second round!

Differences between Head of Royal family and Heir Presumptuous

by Darius Kadivar on

To my knowledge :

The Current Head of the Qajar Imperial Family is:

Mohammad Ali Mirza Qajar (2011–present)

Where as The Current Heir Presumptive is the Qajar heir to the Persian throne:

Mohammad Hassan Mirza II (1988–present)

Faramarz

A Soltan from Down Under

by Faramarz on

I like Soltan better than Shah!

A Soltan has absolute power and does anything that he wishes while a King is still bound by the constitution and all the other fancy stuff.

Here is Soltan Q's proclamation. Beware that by reading the Tablet you bear witness to his majesty's Soltanship!

//www.persiaworldnews.com/120807_Proclamation...

Here is what he said to Reza Pahlavi, the other contender for the job.

"Do you come from a land down under?
Where women glow and men plunder?
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover."

Suddenly they crawl out of the woodworks.

by kazem0574 on

Is the end of our hated IRI so close that we now have even a nobody Ghajari hopeful aiming for this nation’s wealth.

In a post IRI Iran, as a lesson to future generations people should make museums for IRI and Ghajar.

The Ghajar dynasty museum should show how they destroyed Iran, gave away most of its land and all of its dignity. Then they should invite this character to be the doorman selling tickets dressed in Ghajar clothing.

Mosadegh  was also from Ghajar,  but even he didn't go digging out people like this guy when he could have.

If the Shah had not fled Iran, Mosadegh would have let the Pahlavi dynasty carry on in a ceremonial and tourist attracting capacity.

Its like 100 years from now Libyans suddenly find some guy who is a descendent of Ghadaafi  and declaring him as their future leader  for eternity. (sorry if the analogy is not perfectly matching)

This YouTube clip summaries the sentiments.

Raoul1955 Royal Rivalry Claims also exist in Spain & Europe

by Darius Kadivar on

But they first need to convince their own Respective households ...  In this particular case he first needs to convince the Qajar Family that he is indeed their rightful heir before entering competition with other Royal Dynasties / Families in their equally rightful claims to the throne. I don't know if this is the case for this gentleman.

For instance Rival Pretender to Current King Juan Carlos of Spain :

Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma ( he died in 2010):

Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma and Piacenza (8 April 1930, Paris – 18 August 2010, Barcelona) was the head of the House of Bourbon-Parma (a branch of the House of Bourbon) from 1977 until his death.  Carlos Hugo was pretender to the defunct throne of Parma, and a Carlist pretender to the throne of Spain under the name Carlos Hugo I. He was baptized Hugues Marie Sixte Robert Louis Jean Georges Benoît Michel. On 28 June 1963 he was officially renamed Charles Hugues, by judgment of the court of appeal of la Seine, France.  He was a French citizen, and since 1980 a naturalized Spanish citizen. His marriage to Princess Irene of the Netherlands in 1964 caused a constitutional crisis in the Netherlands. Carlos Hugo was the son of Xavier, Duke of Parma, and Madeleine de Bourbon-Busset.  In 1977, his father died, and Carlos Hugo succeeded him claiming the thrones of Parma, Etruria and Spain. He claimed the headship of the Constantinian Order of Saint George, although it was not tied to the ducal throne of Parma, but is adjudicated by the church of Rome to follow the male primogeniture.
