Crown Prince Reza message of Solidarity to Syrian People

مردم دلیر سوریه برای دستیابی به حقوق اساسی و انسانی خود همچنان در صحنه مبارزه علیه بشار اسد – دیکتاتور حاکم بر سوریه- هستند. بشار اسد با سرکوب خشونت آمیز و وحشیانه جنبش آزادیبخش مردم سوریه، هزاران شهروند معترض سوری را به خاک و خون می کشد. متاسفانه، عوامل سرکوبگر علی خامنه ای با حمایت از نیروهای امنیتی و سرکوبگر بشار اسد در اعمال جنایت علیه شهروندان سوریه نقش مهمی دارند.

دخالت جمهوری اسلامی در حوادث تلخ و غیر انسانی سوریه و جنایات اعمال شده بر علیه شهروندان آزادیخواه آن کشور را شدیدا محکوم می نمایم.از سازمان ملل متحد و جامعه بین الملل می خواهم در برابر رفتارهای وحشیانه و قرون وسطایی حکومت دیکتاتوری اسد که بقایش وابسته به حمایت دیکتاتوری خامنه ای است، ساکت ننشینند و قاطعانه هر دو دیکتاتور را محکوم نمایند.  

در این شرایط حساس، وظیفه همه کنشگران و فعالین سیاسی و مدنی، مدافعین حقوق بشر ایرانی و سوریه ای است تا دست در دست یکدیگر گذاشته و بر علیه یک دشمن مشترک، شورای امنیت سازمان ملل را وادار به ارجاع پرونده شکایت علیه علی خامنه ای به دادگاه کیفری بین المللی لاهه نمایند.

سازمان ملل متحد و شورای امنیت باید به عنوان ابزاری در خدمت اهداف و سیاست های حقوق بشری در کشور های ناقض آن باشد. امروز، هر عضو شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد وظیفه دارد که  با پشتیبانی و حمایت از ملت ایران و سوریه، عکس العمل قدرتمند و منسجمی را در مقابل رفتارهای غیرانسانی علی خامنه ای، نشان دهد.  امید است که چین و روسیه به عنوان دو عضو دایم سازمان ملل متحد حتی تنها برای حفظ منافع دراز مدت کشور خود هم که شده دست از حمایت از رژیم جمهوری اسلامی و بعث سوریه بردارند چرا که هر دو حکومت مشروعیت مردمی خود را از دست داده اند.

مردم مبارز و آزادیخواه سوریه بدانند که در این مسیر دشوار برای رسیدن به دموکراسی و آزادی تنها نخواهند ماند. اگر حفظ دیکتاتوری بشار اسد خط قرمز علی خامنه ای است، دموکراسی و حقوق بشر در سوریه نیز خط قرمز مردم آزادیخواه ایران است.  

در راستای ارسال شکایت نامه رسمی علیه علی خامنه ای، به تاریخ ۱۵ ژانویه سال جاری (۲۵ دی ماه ۱۳۹۰) به تمام مراجع ذیربط (کشورهای عضو شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد، دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد و شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد) و ثبت آن به تاریخ ۳۰ ماه مه سال جاری (۱۰ خرداد ۱۳۹۱) در دادگاه کیفری بین المللی لاهه و دیدار من با لوئیس مورنواوکامپو –دادستان کل دادگاه لاهه- در ارتباط با جنایات علی خامنه ای در ایران و سوریه، از مدافعان حقوق بشر سوریه دعوت به عمل می آورم تا گزارشی از جنایات اعمال شده علیه شهروندان سوریه و نقش مستقیم عوامل سرکوبگر علی خامنه ای در سرکوب مردم سوریه را به مراجع مربوطه ارسال نمایند.

Brigadier General Mohammed Reza Naqdi, the head of Iran’s Basij militia who was sanctioned by the US Treasury Department for alleged human rights abuses, said Tehran would not tolerate foreign interference to topple President Bashar al-Assad. He alleged that the United States was considering taking action in Syria to protect Israel.

“After the expulsion of the Americans from Iraq, and the disruption to their defensive posture in protecting the Zionist regime, America in order to defend the regime of the occupier of the Quds [Jerusalem] is after a new scenario in Syria,” he said. “But they will be defeated.”
