And only will add that it really depends on whose interest are we advocating for?

 Is it the oppressed Iranian people that their basic human rights are being violated OR is it the foreign nations who fear their own nuclear monopoly is being endangered?

The USA is doing the right thing for the USA.  If they went after the Human Rights approach this would lead towards Regime Change, that is the furthest aim from the standpoint of the USA Goal for Iran, the USA is trying to pressure this IRI to bring its own team of mullahs to power and move them away from Russia.  The USA loves Islam and Extremism for Iran.  After all the effort and energy the USA put into pulling down the late Shah and the era of greatest Iranian Progress by manufacturing traitors to both king and country, now you want the USA to care about the lives of Iranians? The USA has been fooling Iranians to use them towards their own ends, just like how the Russians fooled Iranians for their own ends (commies like you).  Now they are going to help Iran?  Are you being serious?  We need to help ourselves and it all starts with managing our own dunces/awareness challenged Countrymen & women.  You could yet be one of my best students, it will require lots of effort though, change is difficult.

Human Rights vs Nuclear thing.

 Any trade sanctions against the Islamist regime should be on the basis of the regime's atrocious human Rights records against it's own citizens as was the case in Apartheid S. Africa. The moral justifications of such actions would force countries like China and India in joining the sanctions.

Current Justification on the basis of regime's "suspected nuclear activity", just does not hold in international arena, and indeed puts a big question mark in front of the motives behind it...

"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
