... clear liquid (just before the sugar was poured in) was. Was it Rose water (golab)?  Excellent video.

I like the cleanliness, clarity and most important the brevity of the videos. One thing I don't like is the  rhythmic, repetitious background sound which I find annoying, so I mute it.
