Maziar's

In the English Version, Omid Memarian talks about his ordeal with his torturers, however, they had to cut him in the Persian version.

I can't find the English version. Has anyone seen the English version?

I am just glad that he is out of IRI's jail. I recall he jumped $300,000 bail for his freedom. In Iran you can die of natural causes at age of 35 like the blogger, Beheshti, meaning you are responsible for your own death!

I watched Maziar' documentary "Mohammad and the matchmaker" 2-3 years ago. It is an awesome film and Maziar is a super talented film-maker!

It is easy for any of us to sit back and judge!

It is easy to blame,

It is easy do nothing,

I am glad I watched this film, and I am glad I could watch it in peace and away of any harm! 

I believe the most powerful message in this film is that:

The Sugar coated deadly deceitful Ideas of the past that helped the people create 1979 are not addressed. 

That Specifically is A Big Crime towards all Iranians in Nov 2012 considering what you experienced and know to be true from your experience.

The Point is the USA loves extremism for the middle east and North
Africa.  The Reality is the West is United in its support for this too, so there is no
disagreement.  Reality being what it is, though many are unaware, means
that democracy and progress are impossible for these societies to
realize due to Interests of The West.  This is about getting to the truth of what the late Shah knew to be true and is still absolutely true today.  The West is capable of destroying
the Civil Liberties and Civil Society it Pretends to Care for
deceitfully, by using the deceit of supporting democracy and unleashing
far more Harm than Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini All Combined.
