Around Iran with my Vespa

These photos were shot in Iran in April-June 2007 when I traveled 10,700 km with my 150cc Vespa scooter around the country. My 7-week travel included Khoy, Orumiyeh, Sanandaj, Kermanshah, Khorramabad, Andimesk, Shush, Shushtar, Bushehr, Shiraz, Kangan, Qeshm Island, Minab, Bander Abbas, Kerman, Bam, Yazd, Esfahan, Kashan, Qom, Tehran, Chandovan, Tebriz and many other places. Apparently I was wrong. Now only if I was 20 years younger and only if I could have time off and only if I wasn't a woman....
And what fantastic pictures. Thanks much for sharing some of your trip

Some of these pictures are showing extremely exotic people and places of Iran. As an Iranian, I feel it’s important to see the astonishing variations of our country. There are all types of climates and people in Iran.
I am from Northern Iran and we are totally unfamiliar with the people, climates and places you’ve shown here. Great job!
