News: People in the eastern U.S. from Virginia to New England are digging out from up to two feet of snow dropped by the Blizzard of 2009. Strong winds up to 40 miles an hour will continue to whip the snow around in white-out conditions in parts of New England through tonight. The heaviest snowfall was in Philadelphia, where more than 22 inches fell on Saturday. Washington, DC, picked up more than 16 inches and Roanoke, Virginia, had nearly 18 inches of snow.
