Interesting how foreigners have a different eye for photos and see things that people of their own countries don't pay that much attention too--both see the beauty but just a little differently...

great collection

Enjoyed viewing these. Also checked out the galleries at picasa. Good views of the acrchealogocial sites, with people inserted helping to gauge scale.

Geology pics and roadside views were a plus.

Plush tour bus. Looked like a friendly driver. Good natured European girls (Germans?). I think Professors were included, too.

Looked like a fun and interesting time.

Wish more foreigners could come to Iran and enjoy its warm people, rich heritage and natural beauty. I've looked at this photo essay four times now. I can feel their joy...

It looks like a great tour from the pictures shown here. They have visited historical sites, historical stone carvings, mosques, museums.....absolutely gorgeous mountains, which blew me away....I e-mailed #143 to myself....absolutely magnificent!!!

There are around 20-30 (boring) pictures at the beginning of the series, which focus on the "foreigners" instead of Iran....one lady lying on the hotel bed doing nothing...
