Terrific pictures
by Iranian Reader on Tue Apr 21, 2009 10:04 AM PDTYou have enviable facility with that camera! I am a big fan of your pictures. And NO ONE photographs food like you. No one -- and I'm a foodie!
The very best wishes for all your family.
Farah best wishes to you and
by Norooz (not verified) on Mon Apr 20, 2009 09:05 AM PDTFarah best wishes to you and your family. To me the sign of spring in Iran means chaghale badoom! I always loved them going back to grade school in the 70s.
The good ones when you add salt to them are truly yummy. Of all the stuff we find here finding good chaghale badoom is rare if you can find any at all!
It is seasonal and good for only couple of months max.

by farrad02 on Mon Apr 20, 2009 07:07 AM PDTDear Faranak, I apologize for the previous comment. I was being cheeky and didn't mean to offend you! I didn't know why you had been in the hospital. My comment was only an attempt at humor. I wish a speedy recovery for your MIL.

by kfravon on Sun Apr 19, 2009 10:06 AM PDTGol-dust, in reply to your comment here: //iranian.com/main/image/62060, my sweet mother-in-law was well taken care of at Ghaem, however the doctors said there's nothing else they can do and we need to just keep her as comfortable as possible while she's fighting this battle.....
Thank you SO much for your kind offer. Feel free to email me off-line and I can tell you more.
With warm regards,
Faranak
