Hamed Nikpay invited me to one of his music sessions in Berkeley, California, in preparation for his new album "All is Calm" (Assoudeh). Listening to Hamed, with guitarist Daniel Fries, was pure joy. I have always been a big fan of Hamed's passionate music, but I was convinced he's risen on the awesome meter! See video "Fareeb" (Deceit) and review by Ari Siletz.

"all is calm on the Western Front"  is from the book "All Quiet on The Western Front" by Erich Maria Remarque

All is Calm was a Christmas theatrical in Irvine, CA.

And of course as IRANdokht already pointed out... it's from one of the most beautiful Christmas songs, Silent Night.

But I don't know if any would be considered "copyrighted".

"All is calm, all is bright" was already used for a christmas album which is not the same name.

What else is there using that title?
