A time for drunken horses

by Anonymouse on

Nazy those pictures are very nice.

I don't know if you guys have seen the movie A time for drunken horses it is an interesting film.  It is not for the faint of heart because it is real and shows the poverty and the struggle people go through to make a living and live.

Many of these pictures in the winter reminded me of that movie.

These pictures are really beautiful. I appreciate them for the beauty of their subjects and the heart of their photographer.

Take a look at these pictures of Kandeh Soura Village in Kurdestan from Fars News Agency. I think you will like them. Picture 5 just melts my heart!

Great scenery!

Very nice scenery. Since you are such a great photographer, next time you are there, why don't you take more photos of the people of Kurdistan? They are very interesting, man, woman, and child. This is a great part of Iran, where its nature and civilization remains untapped.

Thanks for these beautiful images. I spent months in kurdistan. I didn't get to see the historic buildings and monuments much, but I got to enjoy the nature. I highly recommend it to visitors. Just watch for snakes and scorpions in mountains!

Thank you very much for taking me back home to Sanandaj. I have not been back there for over 25 years and I’m amazed how much it has changed. Although your photos are mostly of the nature and not the city itself, I couldn’t help shedding a tear or two remembering my birth place. Thanks again for one hell of a photo essay.

Thank you.

I enjoyed looking at each and every picture. They all kept my attention.

Are pictures 1 and 2 the same? One taken during the summer and one in the winter?

You are very talented and thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures with us.
