Yes, many Palestinian refugees live there, they were driven off

from their land by the zionist jews who envaded Palestine, bombed their homes, burned their farms and chased them away from their cities and villages. Palestinian refugees in Lebanon cannot vote and have no citizenship rights. They live in poverty inside refugee camps. They have to wait and see when they'll be able to go back to their own country Palestine that is occupied by the jews.

It appears that these people are Palestinians and not Lebanese. Palestinian refugees in Lebanon are usually hated by most other Lebanese unless they are devotees of Nasrallah and his goons.
