Voicing anger

Photo essay: London protest march to Israeli Embassy

by RL Banks
12-Jan-2009

London's Hyde Park: beautiful, romantic and grey. By mid-day an estimated 40,000 men, women and children took to London's most famous park, braving sub-zero temperatures, and the hint of snow, to voice their anger at the Israeli bombing of the innocent civilians in Gaza. The angry crowd, white, brown, black, Christian, Muslim and Jew marched from noon until the early hours of the evening to the Israeli Embassy in Kensington.

Impressed with the Europeans

by IRANdokht on

40,000 is a very large number and most of the ones in pictures did not even look from middle east. I think that might have something to do with the less biased media in Europe compared to US.

Thank you for the pictures

Crimes committed by Israel

by Anonymous0.5 (not verified) on

Crimes committed by Israel against humanity will not be forgotten for many many years to come, similar to the crimes committed by the Nazi Germany. And those who witness these crimes and keep their silence like most Western leaders (including Mr. "change!" Obama) the and the Arab pigs (rulers) bear the responsibility as well.
