Shadi, you have never been to Iran, have you? No such thing!
by gol-dust on Tue Jun 09, 2009 10:32 PM PDTYou got know the people who go hiking as a group! If there is, I am not aware of it! The best thing is to find buddies on line who do that. Tours in Iran are normally by car, or bus. May be after ahamdinejad they'll come up with tours. No more KAKH-EH JAVANAN!
In fact, I am looking for hiking buddy in the states. Do you know if there are any tours that I can get a link? I am serious! Thanks!
Hi, Would you please suggest
by Shadi (not verified) on Tue Jun 09, 2009 09:04 AM PDTHi,

What happened to going to Damaavand? Only an illusion?
by gol-dust on Mon Jun 08, 2009 11:03 PM PDTI saw all the photos looking forward when you reach the peak, but not only you didn't; you didn't even get close! I was wondering how that group of mostly moslem women could get there! Who were those ladies? I admired their courage and will, and legs for going that far! good for you all!
Loved the photos! Merci for sharing them! Hike while you're young and you can! Go for it, since you would look back and say why you didn't when you could! Healthy and chaep sport!

Absolutely lovely!
by M. (not verified) on Mon Jun 08, 2009 02:58 PM PDTWhat wonderful photographs and what a great trip! I'd have given my right arm to have been there only if I could have dressed like you though, jeans and a t-shirt. As much fun as it might have been for the ladies on your trip, they are too young to remember what it was like when people like me made trips as such, dressed just like you and comfy. LOVED the flora you pictured, all those wild flowers; now THEY have not changed a bit from the last time I hiked around there. Thank you very very much for sharing your photos and bringing back such fond memories for me.
Beautiful Pictures

These are beautiful pictures.
I hope they clean after themselves
by Abarmard on Mon Jun 08, 2009 07:58 AM PDTIranian.com has been publishing great photos of the Nature lovers of Iran and their trips. I just hope that all these great people clean after themselves and don't leave their garbage behind.
Love the pictures. Thanks.
