Is it the Religion or Nationality?

The question isn't if Israel should exist, but if they are legal on the basis of Religion only.

The origin is based on picking up Jews from Europe and putting them there because they were Jews and they were being abused because of it, no?

If so, whey don't we have nations based on Christians, Muslims, Budahs, etc., etc.?

On top of that, this Government was built on someone else's land. People who were ousted by force to make room for the new State of Israel.

How would anyone like to see a bunch of strangers taking over your home and calling it theirs because they are of certain Religion and they fear abuse by others?

The Government of Israel, has never in it's short History, even tried to make friends with the Land Lords they kicked out to build the Settlements. All they have done is kill them, rape them and steal more land and anything else they could steal.

Of course all of this has been possible, in large part with the help of US Tax Payers. The funds going to them for everything, from Weapons to Kill more, to relocation funds for new Immigrants/arrivals.

Is that fair to the original Land Lords?. That should not even be a question.

Thanks but no thanks for the suggestion. My loyalty is not bound to any particular group or nation, it is first and for most bound to humanity, justice and fairness.

I agree that the Iranian's house is in some what of a disorder but that is an issue for the Iranian who live in Iran to deal with and it is an internal issue. If Iran ever occupies another country, brutalizes their people and steal their livelihood, I will be speak against it just the same.

P.S.

I agree with Nina1, I am also an atheist, what about a home land for us.

To me, Zionist and IR are of same cloth. To me both are criminal entities which must be rectified. It is up to the nationals of both countries to take steps in correcting this disease which is called extremism, whether it is Jewish extremism or Muslim extremism.

Question not defined fair!

This is an interesting and provocative question, however in my opinion it has not been asked properly.

First of all, EVERYONE[Muslims, Jews, Christians, Baha'is EVERYONE],  have the God given right to freedom peace and security. Hence we need to separate rights of every human being from the political bodies[such as IR, Zionist, communist etc.] to be able to look at this objectively.

In past 60 years since British mandate, Israel has been in war with every single one of their neighbors. She has occupied lands, terrorized people, killed, bombed, separated, discriminated, starved, raped and ransacked everything they could get their hand on.

What has been the reaction to this by neighboring countries, in particular Palestine? Their reaction has been as any other human being would react, to defend their LIVES and FAMILIES to the best they could. 

Result? 60 years of aggression[which is called self defense], 60 years of resistance[ which is labeled terrorism]. total instability in the region and the world, and 1000's upon 1000's dead from both sides., and millions displaced and homeless.

Opposition has never been toward Jews, but the Israeli and Zionist policies. Israel and extremist Zionist has stripped the people around them from right to exist and their actions in past 60 years been proof of this. Why should not Palestinians have the same right of existence? Why should not Iran have all the means to protect herself? WHY?

These are the reason why so much animosity have been directed toward Israel, and not the Jews. Israeli policy has been to silence every criticism of her policies, even when they are Israeli national. proof? Latest house bill in USA regarding hate crimes. Why criticizing Israeli actions and Zionist occupation policy should be a hate crime?

I have not read the blog but my answer to the question is yes, but with Jews and Palestinians both. Both should respect each other and the Palestinians should be given all the occupied lands.

We Iranians are really a bunch of dimwits at times. Why not let the filthy RICH Arabs worry more about the poor Arabs? After all, during the Iran-Iraq war, your "poor" Palestinians HELPED Saddam Hussein's army rape Khoramshahr and Ahvaz!!! As Arafat famously once said, "Iranians are our friends, but Iraqis are our brothers."

Seriously, when our house (Iran) is in such disorder, why do we worry about our neighbors so much?! Let's fix our own broken home FIRST, and only then maybe we can bleed for the Palestinians who really don't give a shit about Iranian people!!!!

What about me

I am an atheist. My kind has been hated and persecuted throughout the HISTORY. We have been burned at stake, hanged, shot at, tortured …etc. Why not kill or kick out the whole population of a country and give their land to me. I deserve to have a country.

I don't know whether Israel should exist or not, but the matter of fact is that it EXISTS right now and no pretending is going to make it /go away/.

This is the argument that is made most often used. My problem with this is that there are TONS of people that are second class citizens around the world, people of all religions and colors and etc. You want to speak of second-class citizens? Look at women. You can't escape discrimination, you can only prolonging the time it reaches you. Just like anybody else Jews should work within their own nations to break the cycle.

I think a most comparable group might be the Jehovah's Witnesses have also been severely and horribly discriminated throughout their short history (they were imprisoned in Nazi death camps, in russian gulags etc) just like Jewish people globally, they're of different ethnicities and languages and etc. (and as much as Jewish people like to pretend, you a blonde haired, blue eyed Jew ARE NOT the same race as dark haired, dark skinned Indian Jew)...

Now say one day they all Jehovah's Witnesses decide to violently take over the birth place of the religion "Pennsylvania" and some of the surrounding states and declare it a JW state (rename it to Yehowistan) where if you are from anywhere in the world and are a JW you are granted citizenship... but if you are from the non-JW native population you are either exiled with no form of citizenship, or confined to camps along the borders along and bombed every few years. And that's just for starts.

There is something fundamentally wrong is there not? That people are prevented from living and having the basic rights in their country of birth and ancestry, and someone else from somewhere who has not had any connections with the land for a coupla-thousand-years can come and live merrily.

If I was a Jew, I would have been ashamed of Israel

Me and my family really deserve to have a house our own as some have, so it would be OK to come and kick the hell out of you and your family, throw you out of your house so we can have a house of our own. But that is not enough, my uncle, aunt and their kids deserve to have a house too so we can all be near one another so lets kick the rest of your relatives out too, so my clan can all be in the same neighborhood.

How do you feel?

Speaking from my heart: what really gets me, is the manipulation and the victimization game. One would have thought that after what happened to these people during the WWII, which is absolutely despicable and I can not condemn it enough, they would be after a system that never allow such things to happen to any one yet they are doing the very similar thing to the Palestinians.

The  Jew have sided with true Iran for a 1000 yrs up to Qadesiyeh , has been a dedicated ally & a silent guardian of our Iranic heritage & remains up to this day the most natural friend of true Iran .
