Israeli army is only good at attacking at captive women, children, and the elderly.  They can forget about a ground invasion of Iran; they don't have the courage or skill.  Air strikes?  Pffffft.  They don't have the frequent flier miles for that and it's a quick way to lose all of their airforce.  Missile war?  Smaller land areas without mountains are easier to destroy (Missile war = no more Israel, but it's impossible for nukes to be 100% effective against Iran).
