The West's Attempted Soft Power Coup

The West's Attempted Soft Power Coup

Today, someone asked me for the link to a Brookings Institute monograph that outlines various means for a US effort to produce a regime change in Iran. It occurs to me this would make a good blog post here at IC; my first. Below is a link to the monograph which by the way was published before the June presidential election:

Pay particular attention to Chapter 6: The Velvet Revolution. It contains many elements of which the IRGC has taken notice, and for which it is now combating in earnest.

Iranian strategist and war hero Dr. Hassan Abbasi addresses the situation (and refers to the monograph) in a lecture series titled "Project Ajax 2". Below are YouTube videos of the lecture.

indeed such people are sickening

by Fair on

They defend terrorism and murder of one's own people and spread lies fully using the freedom of speech on this website. A freedom that they would deny their own people using rapists and thugs. Ironically this very website is banned in Iran.

So it is fine to come out and spread propaganda in the west, but god forbid some Iranians want to express their own opinions in their own home country peacefully.

Sick hypocrites, murderers of Iranians. You are so afraid of truth that you have to censor it every corner it leaks out. Your day will come. Guaranteed.  And that is no hoax.

has probably been touched by a tarkesh in his head during the war. This regime propagandist can't say 2 consecutive words in which you can't hear the term enemy.

Real war heroes are those who stood against infamy just after the election coup and were either been jailed or silenced.

Now what is clear is that after more than 6 months of a bloody repression, where hundreds of peaceful demonstrators were been shot in the middle of the streets and 6 who are waiting their hang sentences, IRGC is trying to continue its repression in order to keep the social and economical advantages of some of their commanders.

All analysts agree that this blind repression is doom to fail but the question is when? There is however a physical law standing that the higher your potential energy, the greater your crash.

At the end, we all know that there aren't any IRGC commanders elsewhere in the world than in Iran. And that, the regime is paying some low IQ partisans to spread misinformation on the net. My question is How much is it worth to sell one's soul to the devil for some peanuts?

The bigger question

by Fair on

is whether it is legal for IRGC to combat its own people when they nonviolently express their opposition?

Evidently, under the Islamic fascist system that SS Major subscribes to, it is. Under such a system, any dissent MUST have been instigated as a plot from abroad.

Under such a system, the Islamic Fuehrer can commit any crime he wants, the government can treat its people any way that it wants, and if anybody complains, the IRGC will take care of them:

//www.presstv.com/classic/detail.aspx?id=9877...

and the fascist propagandists such as SS Major will come on websites like iranian.com and lie to the whole world that IRGC is not involved in any crackdown, and that it is "law enforcement" that the "vocal minority" is facing. That is right, Ansare hezbollah thugs and rapists and torturers are to be considered "law enforcement", while dissenters are called "dirt and dust" by their selected president.

For such a system, a velvet revolution is too kind, and Abbasi, AN, Khamenei and other primates propped up here by waffen SS Major should be thankful that they are getting off so easy after all the horrendous crimes they have commited against Iranians and humanity.

And the ridiculous notion that this guy Hassan Abbasi is a "war hero" or a doctor is just laughable. What kind of war hero comes and faces down his own people and stands against their most basic human rights? And where did this Abbasi guy get a PhD? Can you veryify this person's degree and expertise? Or is he just another of AN's fake educated people? (oh I guess the regime is not capable of hoaxes, right SS Major?)

Another fascist propaganda attempt that will fail in the face of people demanding justice and their most basic rights.

Shame on Abbasi. Shame on SS Major and all other fascist propagandists who stand by and defend a regime holding on to power by raping people and closing down newspapers.

You are not worth the attention of the Iranian people, and you stand in the way of their greatness.
