پارلمان‌نیوز: ظهر امروز سیدعلی موسوی خواهرزاده مهندس میرحسین موسوی در حوادث تلخ عاشورای حسینی در تهران کشته شد. به گزارش پایگاه خبری فراکسیون خط امام(ره)مجلس«پارلمان‌نیوز»، جسد خواهرزاده حدودا بیست ساله مهندس موسوی که ظهر امروز کشته شد در یکی از بیمارستان‌های تهران نگهداری می‌شود و همینک نیز مهندس موسوی در بیمارستان حضور دارد.

یکی از معترضین بر اثر خشوت زیاد نیروهای لباس شخصی به شهادت رسید

شبکه جنبش راه سبز (جرس): یکی از معترضین بر اثر شدت ضربات نیروهای لباس شخصی به شهادت رسید. به گزارش خبرنگار جرس، بعد از ظهر امروز در دریکی از کوچه های تقاطع خیابان انقلاب و سعدی، حدود 30 تن از نیرهای لباس شخصی مجهز به گاز فلفل، گاز اشک آور، زنجیر، باتوم برقی و قمه، به مردمی که در این کوچه پناه گرفته بودند به شدت حمله ور شدند. گروههای لباس شخصی در ابتدا با سنگ شیشه خانه ها و اتوموبیل ها را شکستند اما پس از مقاومت مردم به شدت با معترضین مقابله کردند و به انها حمله ور شدند. که به گفته شاهدان عینی چند نفر از مردم را به شدت مضروب کردند. شدت خشونت های به کار رفته ماموران نظامی به گونه ای بود که یکی از معترضین بر اثر اصابت بی رحمانه و پی در پی باتوم بر سرش متاسفانه به شهادت رسید اخبار تکمیلی متعاقبا ارسال می شود

some analysis (from STRATFOR, yesterday)

Tensions in Iran are mounting in the run up to the Shiite religious holiday Ashura on Dec. 27. The day represents a critical moment in this round of Iranian internal tensions. Dissidents are trying to
foment major demonstrations, the government is trying to prevent them, and the question is: Which side will succeed and to what extent?

Small groups of opposition protesters reportedly clashed Dec. 26 with security forces in the Pole-e-Choubi area of central
Tehran, but information coming out of Iran has been increasingly difficult to
come by. This is likely due to the measures Iran’ s security apparatus has
taken to shut down the opposition ahead of Ashura. The reformist Web site
Rahesabz.net has had intermittent access, with one report from the site claiming
that “special forces units” backed up by Basiji militiamen have attacked
protesters taking refuge in the office of the semi-official Iranian Students
News Agency. STRATFOR cannot verify the details of these reports, especially
since the opposition itself has an incentive to exaggerate the regime’ s
repressive tactics, but crackdowns on protesters and reformist media outlets
are likely.

In anticipation of a crisis during Ashura, the
Iranian government has banned political demonstrations and further memorial
services for the late reformist cleric Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri.
Despite this ban, STRATFOR sources in Iran have reported that opposition
protests are being planned for at least 20 cities across the country . This
will create a major dilemma for Iran’ s political and security apparatus. Most
security personnel have been concentrated in Tehran, where protests have
occurred most frequently. With marches planned in cities across the country,
security forces, both regular and Basiji irregulars, have been forced to spread
out beyond Tehran to contain the expected unrest.

There has also been deep concern within the
regime that opposition protests in recent days have taken place in the
religiously conservative cities of Najafabad and Qom, the clerical bastion of
the Islamic Republic. If the opposition protesters attempt to appeal to the
religious and nationalist sensibilities of the security personnel, which are
already heightened considerably during Ashura, they could prove successful in
causing rifts within the security apparatus and in creating enough
revolutionary fervor to seriously threaten the regime.

Iran’ s security forces will therefore require
some back-up. It is unclear whether the regime will bring in forces from the
regular army and the elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) for the
Ashura demonstrations. STRATFOR has received reports from several sources in
Lebanon claiming that hundreds of Hezbollah security personnel have already
been dispatched to Iran to assist Iran’ s security forces in the crackdown.
These reports are unconfirmed, but it is worth noting that there were similar
reports of Hezbollah personnel being seen on the streets of Tehran during the
June post-election crackdown. STRATFOR has been told that the majority of the
Hezbollah personnel will be deployed in Qom and Tehran.

The alleged deployment of Hezbollah personnel is
apparently exacerbating rifts within the Hezbollah leadership. A major split
within Hezbollah’ s top brass exists between the so-called doves, led by
Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, and the hawks, led by Nasrallah’s
deputy, Naim Qasim. While Nasrallah wanted to avoid having Hezbollah personnel
get embroiled in Iran’ s domestic turmoil, Qasim wanted to prove the group’ s
loyalty to Tehran. STRATFOR sources claim it was Qasim’ s decision to send
Hezbollah personnel to Iran under the guise of being military trainees to
assist the Iranian security forces in dealing with the protesters.

The day of reckoning between the regime and the
opposition is set for Dec. 27.

I abhor civil disorder. People are dying on the streets, while we here are LOL! and pointing fingers.

Hopefully, somehow calm will be restored, and perhaps a political accommodation can be realized. Otherwise the potential for far greater bloodshed and possibly even revolutionary or civil war is something that cannot be dismissed.

Y'all might think that this will magically bring utopia to Iran. Who knows? Maybe somehow it will. But history shows that such struggles endure periods of tragedy, greater than what we're even seeing unfold before our eyes today.

I share your concern for the immediate future.  IRI has had 12 years since 2 Khordad to come to terms with Iranian people's demands for reforms and it has resisted it and pushed it away at every chance.  It wouldn't know how to begin reconciling with people of Iran even if suddenly there was a will for it.  There are foot soldiers (read IRGC and Basiji thugs) who have been brainwashed to hate and confront the people who want change.  They wouldn't disappear.  They will stay around and fight the others.  Unless there is some collective thinking which would create order and a peaceful transition, IRI simply doesn't have any existing infrastructure which could be used to avoid chaos.  All the "khodi" business has alienated the whole nation and the "khodis" will not be trusted by the people.  It is a vacuum which will need immediate attention, should things change quickly.  In the long-term, Iranians will figure out their path, hopefully having learned from their past mistakes. I am extremely optimistic about Iran's future once it is free from IRI rule.

I don't share your optimism. The potential for this situation turning out much worse is very troubling.

I think it's very likely Khamenei has been airlifted to an AFB (as previously reported). I also think this could possibly portend direct military (IRGC) intervention.

I tend to be fairly conservative in my appraisals, but I have to say I am definitely worried of a lot more casualties. (Hopefully I'm wrong.) 

I'm also concerned of a mob mentality spiraling out of control (if it hasn't already), and the backlash that may well incur.

The line has been crossed and IRI will find it impossible to rule these people much longer. The parallels with the last revolutions and the last days of Shah's regime are so clear and we are certainly seeing the last days of IRI.

Absolutely, divaneh

You can see a whole range of emotions on them, grief, rage, forgiveness, fear...  Watching this video confirms my conviction that this movement is peaceful in its very core.  If only the thugs running Iran could have acknowledged this on the first day, so many lives could have been spared.

The question that really gnaws at me all the time is whether Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was worth all this to Ali Khamenei.  If so, why?  I'd really like to get into their heads to find our how they had calculated (read miscalculated) their way forward after their blatent rigging of the elections.  Even if IRI can hold on to power and continue ruling Iran, the events of the past six months will forever burden it with a weight it is not equipped to carry.  It will not survive in the form it is for long.  That I'm sure of.

بر اساس گزارش ویژه دریافتی العربیه فارسی تظاهرکنندگان در روز عاشورا 27-12-2009 در تهران در حالیکه شعار می دادند "منتظری راهت ادامه دارد" با استفاده از چوب وسنگ به شدت با نیروهای ضد شورش ولباس شخصی ها درگیر شدند وکنترل برخی از خیابان های شهر را در دست گرفتند بطوریکه نیروهای ویژه مجبور به عقب نشینی وپناه گرفتن در ساختمان پلیس در خیابان آزادی شدند.
