According to IRIs own
by Farhad Kashani on Fri Aug 22, 2008 12:51 AM PDTAccording to IRIs own constitution, the “selected” president is by far, not the top person in the country. Realistically, his somewhere ranked 4-5. (Not even touching on the subject of how much this alleged PhD has any value!). Khomeini was the top figure, and now Khamenei is. What education does Khamenei have?
we have come a long way
by eerooni (not verified) on Thu Aug 21, 2008 11:02 PM PDTWe have come a long way since the time when a none religious person could not have been elected as president. At least we have a president who supposedly has a PHD degree from a university which is much better than a mullah with a non educational degree from Ghom.
Fred, what a great job
by Farhad Kashani on Thu Aug 21, 2008 03:16 PM PDTFred, what a great job mentioning one of Khomeini's most famous phrases saying "Economy is for donkey", which set up the base for the regime's economic policies (or lack of them).
