Movie: Good question

It would deserve a restored and remasterized version for a DVD Release and bonus material like interviews or commentary but I have no idea where it can be done. Probably the Moscow film Institute should have a copy since there is an exisitng Russian dubbed Version but also the Tajikistan Film Institute ( if it exists ) since Tajikistan is an independent State now.
If Anyone has any extra info I would also be interested and would try and inform the readers.
