Iran sets up court to try Israelis over Gaza

Iran has set up a court to try Israelis for its air attacks on Gaza and is ready to try in absentia any people who Tehran says have committed crimes, a judiciary official said on Tuesday. A group of Iranian students also broke into a British embassy residential compound to protest London's perceived bias toward Israel, an Iranian news agency reported. Iran, which does not recognize Israel, has criticized some Arab states and Western countries for not doing enough to stop military action by the Jewish state. Iran's top authority, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has urged Muslims to defend Palestinians whatever way they can. "The court is in a special branch in Tehran and entrusted with the task of dealing with the executors, planners and officials of this (Israeli) regime who have committed crimes," judiciary spokesman Alireza Jamshidi said. He said the court was set up based on a 1948 U.N. convention on the prevention of genocide to which Iran is a signatory.

Misplaced Justice!

The Islamic Republic of Iran's Judiciary, notorious for its lack of interest or dilligence for justice, is acting preposterously in setting up a court to deal with the Israeli crimes.

When IRI has successfully conducted trials for all those who have systematically hurt, persecuted, tortured, and murdered Iranian intellectuals, ethnic minorities, religious minoritites, and political dissidents should it dare to talk about setting up a court for Israel's heinous attacks on Gaza.

That is fine let them trial Israeli's crime against Palestinians and Arabs.

But who will trial their crime against their OWN PEOPLE? Their OWN PEOPLE. Again crimes by IRI regime committed against THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

Once again their OWN PEOPLE.

Why isn't USA shutting down the spy aganecy the so called IRI special interest group in Washington DC?

WHY???

IR and their supporters are going to milk this unfortunate situation to distract Iranians from the real issues IN IRAN.

At least mafia were honest about what they are (criminals) and never claimed being human rights advocates!!!   IR does not even have that honesty about what and who they really are and stand for !
