Despite pressure from the Obama administration to drop the Goldstone Commission Report on Israeli and Palestinian human rights violations during Israel's invasion of Gaza this January, the UN Human Rights Council has announced that it will reopen discussion on the Goldstone Commission Report on Thursday.
The report, authored by renowned South African jurist Richard Goldstone, detailed the results of a UN fact-finding mission on the Gaza conflict. The findings recommended that both Hamas and the Israeli government bring to justice those who are responsible for war crimes during the three weeks of fighting in late December and early January.
If they don’t, the report urges that the case be referred to the International Criminal Court for possible prosecution.
In the US Congress, sixteen Democrats joined an equal number of Republicans in denouncing the report, which stated that the ratio of civilian casualties inflicted by Israelis was 250 to one, compared to those inflicted by Hamas.

Although everyone here is convinced that you again and again prove you have nothing of importance to add to just about any articles you reply to except to simply divert attention from your beloved country Israel!
FK: Perhaps you want to
by Bavafa on Wed Oct 14, 2009 08:49 AM PDTFK: Perhaps you want to read the article before making comments about it.
It is not about Iran or IRI, it is about the crimes that took place in the concentration camp Gaza. If you have any thing to say about the subject, say it. If you want to bash people or IRI, then start a new blog or article and say it there. If you want to kiss the a$$ of ZioNazi, then start a new article. This is about the war crimes that took place in the newly built Ghetto.

Shah Gholam, the IRI propagandist, exposed!
by Farhad Kashani on Wed Oct 14, 2009 06:24 AM PDTLadies and Gents,
Just to show how moronic people like Shah Gholam are, I am copying some of what he said in a previous reponse which I did not get a chance to reply to. If anything, people like Shah Gholam are doing the outmost favor to Israel because it has confused and outlogiced people like Shah Gholam bashing it. This guy has a comnical logic! They say the best way to trash something, is to defend it wrongly. That’s what IRI has done with Islam, Iran and humanity at large. All 3 got bad names because of IRI actions. Now Israel is getting good rep because morons like this un-Iranian Neo Comm who has absolutely no common sense or any sense of understanding trying to attack Israel. Trust me, Israel welcomes that!
He said: "The Islamic Republic has been a great experiment in economic and strategic independence, its engines oiled by class consciousness and national pride as much as by religion".
Who belives this anymore, honestly? Even Khamenei himself does not belive in this statement anymore, but Shah Gholam and a few Neo COmm conspiracy theorist nutjobs do! Iran was an independent country prior to 1979? Gosh, I didn’t know we were occupied! These cold harted Neo Comms change the definition of independence and then they claim Iran wasn’t one! Iran’s economy is in ruins, according to every data out there. Inflation one of the worst in the world, China and Russia are plundering our resources, unemployment sky rocketed, ….and the list goes on.
He said: "Iran is a semi-democracy, and has held 10 presidential elections in 30 years."
What a joke, what a joke! Again, who belives this anymore? Maybe Shah Gholam and Kharmagas and Bavafa didn’t get the note on June 12th, but even that circus they called "presidential elections!!" has been exposed, and exposed forever. It was exposed to the Iranians from day 1 of the life of this Facist regime, but it took about 30 years for the world to know since IRI did an outstanding job hiding all its horrific crimes against humanity from the world all this time. First of all, what semi democracy? Based on what? Second, even a donkey can come out and hold some circues cand call it a "presidential election!!". What is the role of president in Iran anyway? Is he really a "president"? where are the political parties? I guess Shah Gholam gonna say "Hezb-o-llah" is a political party since it has the name "Hezb" in it! lol
He said: "Iranian women are obliged to cover their hair, true, but women in US-client Saudi Arabia are obliged to cover their faces. In Saudi Arabia of course there are never any elections to dispute - but there are US military bases, so we don't dwell on the issue."
This is the ultimate stupidity, it really is, hands down, I don’t even know where to start! First off, S Arabim has many characteristic, many of them inherited from thousands of years, just like Iran, and just like any other country. Many of them are not positive, some of them are, again, just like lot of countries, including Iran. Why adding the "US-client" prefex to S Arabia? That shows that blind and misguided anti American desire is burning people like Shah Gholam from inside, because if "US client" is a negative term to use, then, we can find many other negative terms to use for S Arabia, including promoter of Islamic radicalism (among some of the royal family, not all, versus IRI which the entre regime promotes Fundamentalism) which it has in common with your beloed Fascist IRI regime. so why not say "IRI prototype" or "IRI similar" S Arabia. Second, having military and economic co operation with someone doesn’t make it a "client", if we should use terms like that, then, IRI has turned Iran to China’s "prostitute" or Russia "whore"! also, based on what logic, 2 wrongs make it right??? If S Arabia does do the hair thing (Lets not forget that IRI was the first government in modern history to impose religious dresscode on its people), does IRI doing it make it right?
Bottom line is, Shah Gholam hates America before he loves Iran, Israel, Arabs, or himself. These are bunch of Neo Communists who have always been like that. they are respoinsible for aiding the IRI regime, which has turned into the biggest dictatorial and fundamentalist and warmongering regime in the world, get to power. since IRI takes blind anti American and anti Israeli rethoric, it attracts people like Bin Laden and Taliban and Hezbollah (Islamic Extremists) and Chavez and Cuba (Communists). The alliance of Islamism and Neo COmunism is the true axis if evil. This is where I disagree with W. Saddam was not part of axis of evil. He definitely was axis of evil for his people, and Iranians (not the IRI regime) and Kuwaitis, but not for the world. However, IRI is the biggets threat to the world. It has used the Israel Arab issue to its outmost advantage to further its agenda around the world. That’s where we need to be aware.
IRI is submissive more than Shah ever was or could be. it bends over backwards for China and Russia as if Iran is a province in one of theose two countries! talk about independence! IRI has a universal agenda of spreading Fundamentalism throughtout the world. They don’t care whether that goal is realistic or not, they are doing it anways. That’s what makes IRI the biggest threat to world peace.
