The regime has not given a definite answer

They are trying to bargain a larger deal for giving their low enriched LEU away, as in removal of sanctions, more cooperation from the US when it comes to civil nuke energy etc. The spokesperson for the IRI said that they would answer next week, in other words, there is still negotiations going on most likely.
