There is nothing to handle diplomatically

A regime who believes that it is his messianic right to kill and murder people, and to cause death nd destruction to bring about the coming of an unknown hidden Iman, has no grounds to stand on.  What are we going to diplomtically talk to these people about?  Thye welcome death.  Unless America, Israel and the rest of thw world embrace death, then by all means do sit down with them.  Otherwise, surgicall attacks to remove them from power is the only alternative.
