Well it's quite obvious that this gentleman is cooking spaghetti for the 100's of guest they are expecting and as a decorative touch he has decided to use food colouring.

او دارد الياف را در خم مخصوص رنگرزی رنگ ميزند(میپزد) سپس آنرا آويزان کرده و خشک ميشوند و برای بافت قالی و به احتمال زياد گليم و گبه و غيره استفاده ميشود.                  simin

He's coloring woolen threads to be used in carpet weaving. It is called Rang Razi, I believe.
