the story can be authentic:
our family physicion had a sick man in his office with abdominal pain. he complained getting fat and more fat since monthes. he must have explained at the beginnig he has ahd to vomit especially at the morning.the patient was accomponied by his wife. the result of the physical examination was: pregnancy in the 40th week. Urin-examionation, Ultrasound and all thoe "modern" method we enjoy today confirmed his diagnosis. so he referred the pregnant to a obstetric. On the way out of office the pregnant had said to his wife: didnt I say you can not come over me? the delivery was normal, no complications as it is documented to be appriciated only by adults. Greeting
