Me doing a Persian accent....I made it up and I know it is kinda stereotypical...but I am Persian so its not that bad...I guess

You are so right!!!! But, this is also a sad commentary on Persians in LA!

A few days ago, a friend called me to inform me that his cousin was dating a dancer. He was upset that his cousin was involved with such a person. I told him, baba magar pesar amout "rokket scientisteh" ke tavagho daree bar malakee zebaeee dr. vakel mohandesh beroun bereh. Shans ovardeh ke ekey ke kar mokoneh onoh tahvil migereh.

That's EXACTLY how my sister-in-law talks to her kids, on the phone and to my wife, word for word translation of PARSI in her ENGLISH !

Most of the time I enjoy listening to her how she tries to get her message across specially when she lacks the proper word and  then she kicks in some PARSI in her brocken English ! it's a lot of fun.

If this is the mentality of Iranians (parents) in the US, after years of exposure to a more refined civilization, what can we expect from people living in Iran, never exposed to anything but millenia old superstitions? Only God help us! Although if He had any intention at all to help us, He would have done it by now - so I think, ladies adn gent, we're on our own.

Not just The accent, also the parental mentality of iranians was typical in this video.(mercedes,.. boyfriend).They think they do good to their teens with this. don't they?

I liked the clipe I liked your presentation. I complement you for your observation. You are right on the accent! I also like to point out the significant of its content that illustrated in your performance: repetition of a theme with out providing reasonable support, one sided lecturing,.... and ……etc. Are not these traits of Iranian thinking process and behavior?!

You are right on with accent as well as the content. All of cousins are doctors. My brother is an engineer and a doctor...So I am the black sheep of the family but I have all the FUN HA HA HA!
