Overall it was insult to the horse, dogs and other animals featured along side a bunch of donkeys!

Once when we took our children to the zoo, elephants were "doing it."
I guess Iranians are shocked by nature. Maybe, that's part of the problem in Iran where a girl can't wear pants to her knees even when completely covered by a coat.
Honestly, it's not that big of deal.
