Drift!

That's what stands in my mind from the above interview: "...I just let the flow drift me and I didn't do badly!" A slouch/doormat, that is exactly what Shah needed, a pawn in the Pahlavis' "golden civilization" apparatus.

Nevertheless, he did not deserve to be killed in such a barbaric way. I guess he overestimated his masonry connections to the IRI lodge!

poor guy, it is so sad how the shah and so many of his fellow ministers betrayed him, and then to be killed in cold-blood after an unfair trial. RIP.
