Resume? Kid has been out of law school for 4 years, and from the perspective of the legal community those who go straight from law school to having their own practice without getting practice under a seasoned attorney (and I'm not just talking law clerk/summer associate), are a disaster waiting to happen.

Most often the people who go out straight from law school and start their own practice are people who had a hard time getting picked up by any firms.

Interestingly another title for attorneys is counselors. One who counsels others must have sound judgement...clearly something this guy lacks. . .not because of his drugged and robbed deal (though that was pretty stupid too), but because what delegate would talk to a camera on the floor of of a political convention and not think about the fact that he is there as a representative of the republican party, and be surprised that the video is broadcast all over the place.

Don't worry guys 1 out of every 4 lawyers gets disbarred in their lifetime. . .with this kind of judgement. . .with this guy it will be a matter of when. . .not if. . .
